  • To refer you to a therapist or other professional outside of Kate Hanson, LCSW, PLLC if we do not have a provider available to meet your needs. We will only do this with your permission.
  • To look up your in-network status with health insurance companies.
  • To contact you to schedule an intake appointment.
  • By providing a telephone number and contacting us to initiate services, you are consenting to be contacted by SMS text message and agreeing to our privacy policy. Message frequency may vary.
